Malice Strikes Again

The Ass Press filed a story Tuesday, October 19, erroneously (as usual) reporting that Delaware U.S. Senatorial Candidate Christine O' Donnel did not know that the U.S. Constitution "separated church and state".

This was a lie. She simply questioned whether it is firmly settled constitutional intention to prevent prayers and religious history in schools, and in state and federal legislatures.

This is an historical debate that has been going on since 1802.

As a matter of fact, most citizens do not know that when the Supreme Court forbade prayer in school, it based its decision NOT on constitutional grounds, but on a letter President Thomas Jefferson wrote to some Baptists.

Many Supreme Court Justices, Law scholars and historians believe that the main thrust of the constitutional amendment guaranteed freedom OF religion...NOT freedom FROM religion.

Any careful survey of the battles between Patrick Henry and James Madison will bear this out...as well as the measured approach by John Marshall as a legislator and as the Chief Justice "Sculptor of America".

That Jefferson had no hand in constructing our constitution, (he was in Paris) and that he repeatedly called for its replacement or complete revision every ten years at the least, are seminal facts that have been addressed in many biographies, most notably American Sphinx.

However this corner may be accused of impertinence for repeating these truths, it will be done every time the polluted, twisted, anti-American print and TV media misrepresent historical fact in vain attempt to hijack, stifle or twist-tangle the views of any patriotic conservative voice.

I just cannot see or hear any of these Giants whining and begging that their troops “Don’t Make ME Look Bad....”

We see by both Chicago fish wrappers and the Ass Press that our annointed Jackass has predicted "Hand-to-Hand Combat" if conservatives replace Dhimmies in either House of Congress.

Just what he means by this, YOU probably have a clearer idea than he has.

With a job approval rating of 42%, according to historically Democratic party-biased Gallup in Princeton; and with a TRUE unemployment rate of more than 10% according to the same friendly source, Gallup, he is stirring up a fist fight.

Is this to pardon and support the kind of activity the New Black Panthers and Louis Farrakhan call for?

Hyperbole is ONE thing. We are accustomed to having all the ills besetting us blamed on an execitive administration that has been out of legislative power for four years in Washington.

We are used to the mainstream media covering up for the sleaze and fraud of the Barney Frank and Chris Dodd playhouse.
Indeed, those vulgar creeps are the ones who delivered Democrats into their tornadic decline, under the leadership of Harry Reid in the Senate and Nancy Pelosi in the House.

But threating the people of the United States and opposition candidates with
"Hand-to-hand-combat" on the floor of the National legislature????

That's kinda heavy handed---if not, indeed suicidal--- even for a Chicago Thug.

We will probably have to wait until after November's election to see the tedious wheels of Justice do their fine work, but the process began today, Friday, September 24, 2010 when Chjstopher Coates testified before the U.S. Civil Rights Cimmission.

Though warned by his superiors at the Obama / Holder DoJ NOT to appear, Coates told the supposedly non-partisan body how Julie Fernandez, in her role as deputy assistant U.S. Attorney General ORDERED that no more DoJ action be taken against "minority" civil rights offenders such as the New Black Panthers who wresteled, assaulted and intumidated voters in the 2008 presidential election.

This was an Heroic appearance by Coates, who had reportedly received death threats from others as well as admonitions from DoJ personnel.

On Gruel and Glory

Can Gruel and Glory actually trump the self centered greedy ME-ME-ME-ME mob mentality ?

Whether it was original with this writer or not, we once cobbled the thought that "History is sometimes in tumult when Time makes way for gruel and Glory."

The smug assertion by the dupes of Big Government and its "Plantation" mentality were widely quoted two years ago as saying:

"Now my mortgage will be paid...Now I gonna have all my dreams come tue..." And so on.

There was mass dazzlement by the two-beat rhythm of tthe words: "Hope" and "Change". The ensuing dance around the embers of personal responsibility was (momentarily) hypnotic.

But now we look around America and see the very ones who just KNEW there would be Utopia and New Jerusalem from Bangor to La Jolla, now are turning up at Obama's cozy talk-ins to ask him "Wha' Hoppen???!!" and to scold him "I am exhausted with defending you !"

And millions of plain citizens---all live voters and yes, some old and many unemployed--gather in memorial tribute to the patriots in Boston who dumped British tea into the harbor rather than pay taxes on it. They also raise the old Gadsden flag with the coiled rattler announcing "Don't Tread on Me."

Wild left wing socialists on television and in doomed newspapers are frightened. Without checking, they assume these crowds are racists, bigots, violent.

Honest anger at false and incompetent governance by FOUR YEARS of Democrat senate and house members and two years of blind and deaf White House bluster, however, fuel the expanding rage of heretofore placid folk.

Too late, the Handmaidens of profligacy and empty promises are realizing that the Tea Party is multiracial, peopled and fed by an educated willingness to put everything on the line so to speak.

Simply, there is a movement that is largely non-partisan, of very human sufferers who know their history and their economics better than the elite overlords of established "Conventional Wisdom".

Like saints with beggar bowls, like David facing Goliath and like the Prodigal son who rose from the swine pen---they are willing to survive on gruel for the Glory of a free society and a balanced honorable governance.

For policymaking servants who listen and who see.

T-Party Not a "Social" Deal

Dr. Charles Krauthammer took some time to try and educate his Libtard home rag, the Washington Post on the true nature and fuel of the Tea Party movement.

WaPo and all the Pro-0 leftwing media yowls and yaps frothily about the "hayeful" and "racist" Tea Partiers (who began their pilgrimage in...CHICAGO !

But they'll continue to choose to not hear and in not learning, they will end in the dustbin.

And, by "governance" you can plainly see that Democrat control of the national legiuslature for FOUR years has been as detrimental as Obama's two year occupancy of the executive.

Palestinian Authority members of the "Peace Talks" have told U.S. reresentatives of Obama ---particularly SoS Hillary Clinton--- that if they do not "get a Palestinian State this time" there will be war.

PA prime minister Abbas has also indicated to Clinton and Obama that there will be "armed resistance" to any recognotion of Israel as a Jewish State".

You have not heard this on your TV nerws yet ? You have not seen it in the local auto-and-jobs-wanted fish wrapper?

It cannot have been completely unnoticed by readers of this space that we are hostile to "recreational" mind altering substances.

Wednesday, September 8, 2010 had three stories availavble on the Internet that probably missed the ken of your favorite talking head or wilting daily rag.

First one was an item on Drudge Report that a senior aide to Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA) was arrested on Capitol Hill, on carrying and concealing marijuana charges putting a dent in the supply of Happy Hemp for our sugust legislators and their staff huffers. Marcus Stanley is a high profile economics researcher for Boxer.

This came too late to curb the excesses of a deceased senator's leeches and their regularly scheduled "Daze Days", open secret "Weed Welcome" celebration for senators' helpers who needed their Ganja to dream up policy.

Then, from London there was the story of rather famous USB banker Neil McCormick, who ran away to Hong Kong last year for refuge. He was a "derivitive" expert.

At a "Weclome Home Neil" gala, he was seen to be wandering in circles, mumbling to himself:" y' can't DO this to me...You canm't..." And a short time later was found to have leaped, fallen or been pushed out a window, landing 60 feet below on a rubble heap.

Mr. McCormick, according to friends and journalists, had been an habitual snorter of cocaine since his days at Oxford.

Finally, there is "Moonbeam" Jerry Brown, candidate for California Governor, whose surreal past is a lengthy filigree of pipe dreams and chimeras.

He announced Wednesday that he has a foolproof plan to cure the Golden State's economic ills !

He told voters it just cannot MISS!, adding:

"I will tell you about it after the election......"

Take it from a former drug-treatment professional (for 20 years) these three stories DO have common ground. And "recreational" mind-altering chemicals are NOT "benign" and NOT without their malignant consequences.

Our society is sickened with them.

But...WAIT, the Huffinton Post, ultra-statist-left-liberal propaganda blog early Monday carried a solicitation that offered $100,000 to anyone who brings forth a sex tape or other material involving Glann Beck that will destroy him.

Free Republic.com's "Kristin" exposed the post and within an hour it had been taken down by HuffPo !

Kristin reports the author of the threat is one Beau Friedlander, ex-Editor-in-Chief of Air America. Here is Friedlander's text as it was published om;ine:

"It is time to pop the tea baggers' favorite baloon and with THAT in mind, I hereby offer to negotiate a $100,000 payday for the person who will come forward with a sex tape or phone record or anything else that succeeds in removing Glenn Beck from the public foprever..."

Friedlander goes on and on, pleading poverty but guaranteeing he can "broker the deal" with the red money-cow.

Someone scared Ariana and her editors with the knowledge that this is equal to exrtortion, a signed death threat and obvious fodder for the FBI.

So they are crazed. This is an assoiciate of Minnestota Senator Al Franken, isn't it...Air America ?

But a salient point that all thoughtful culture warrors must face is this: In the World-With-A-World where these ciminally obsessed troglodytes mingle with one another like doomed locusts..DO THEY ALL HAVE THEIR VERY OWN SEX TAPES AND CASSETTES ???!!!

We'd wager the folks at the Corrupt Broadcasting System (CBS) thought they would pull a fast one and hammer away.

But, at about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday night they had to release the poll. The blogosphere had wind of it and the deteriorating network had to publish it. That time of night, you WILL admit is a weird time to release a nationwide poll.

The CBS NEWS nationwide poll of voters found that 72% believe it is not "APPROPRIATE" to build a Mohammedan / Muslim / Islamic mosque at Ground Zero where Islamic extremist terrorists killed 3,000 on September 11, 2001.

Eighteen per cent (18%) queried said it would be "appropriate".

And we are at their mercy.

The Mfisi Syndrome

The second book I read by Ernest Hemingway was a First Edition of The Green Hills of Africa, a lively account of a safari he and his wife, Pauline took in the 1920's.

J. Christian Adams, who resigned his Justice Department post under Eric Hoilder delivered the explosion.

The Bush Administration filed charges against three "New Black Panther Partry" members who asaulted and intimidated voters at a Pennsylvania polling place in November, 2008.

Eric Holder's first act as U.S. attorney general was to withdraw and "dust bin" the case.

Adams finally resigned over the AG's decision and branded it as "racist".

Ms. West cannot understand why Arizona needs such a law. She says she could understand a state like Texas toyung with such a tactic "because Texas and Mexico share a border..."

Well, New Mexico and California (also border states) in addition to "boycotts" of Arizona are screraming for Obama to sue Arizona and kill the law.

That is the same law that Pennsylvania mugwump Sen. Alan Specter (the victim of all this) pointed out and quoted to Andrea Mitchell on ABC News back in MARCH.

Then the New York Times leaked that the job was a position on the President's Advisory Board on National Security and Intelligence.

Todays revelation, in Lasky's blog is that Rep. Sestak could not have been appointed to that board legally as long as he was a government employee: a Pennsylnavia congressman !


According to multiple surveyors of the federal statutes involved, that board is made up altogether of academics, trhink-tank members, authors, ex-diplomats and former spooks and NO government employees are eligible.


Our D.C. Beltway elite, upper echelon BRAINS just cannot get their stories straight.

But, they may be faced with that mission impossible before a Special Prosecutor.....Someday...Maybe after November ?

Never in my memory have so many prominent people been so desperate to mislead the citizens of the United States about so many things.

A very brainy friend of mine with an upscale MBA degree and an expansive background in business comments that "they are just preoccupied with being ‘cool’—to the point of deriding any lasting intellectual allegiance to absolutes like "good" and "evil".

Or....maybe...Truth and Lies ???

Here are a few recent examples.

(1) When the Hutaree nine were arrested on charges of Sedition and threatenng the U.S. government, they were painted as frothy-mouthed knuckle draggers, dangerous racaist killers. But the federal agent embedded with them, when on the witness stand could not repeat any terrorist or racist threat by them, or recount any plan they had, and so the judge released them on bond !

(2) Presidential press secretary Robert Gibbs, on May 24, told a crush of newsmen that the Obama administration could see no reason to change anything in view of the oil rig explosion and resultant oil spill that killed 11. Yet, the president, Big Sis Napolitano and the administration chorus, on Sunday, April 2, repeated the mantra at least 16 times on TV "we have been ahead of the curve on the spill since Day One !"

(3) Finally, administration toadies, and especially their sycophantic follower, NY Mayor Mike Bloomberg (on Katie Couric’s CBS show) reacting to the Times Square bomb car, blamed a disgruntled Tea Party white racist. Bloomberg said: The failed bomber ...probably... upset about his mortgage or against the Obamacare plan...

As this is written, at least two Pakistanis in Karachi (and maybe eight) have been arrested by U.S. security agents for complicity with the confessed terrorist, Faizal Shahzad, who attained U.S. citizenship within the last year. (So much for CAIR and No-Profiling !!)

Other than the pattern of plain intentional lying and misleading, is there another pattern here ?

Without even being "pressed", there are two things we will admit we are absolutely obsessed about:

They were re-enacting the Battle of Lexington, where the militia, armed with guns largely held together with baling wire, defeated British "Red Coat" regulars, with "the shot heard 'round the world".

Except it wasn't.

That shot, was fired in the Battle of Concord, where Ralph Waldo Emerson later lived and wrote those words for a memorial re-enactment of THAT battle.

Only way it could have been more delicious is if it had been the NYSlimes-owned paper, the Globe, that fouled the neighborhood.

Even more terrible was the Uh-Oh by Cokie Roberts, well known left liberal interviwer, and daughter of two extremely powerful and savvy Democrat Congresscritters, Hale Bogga andhis widow, Lindy Boggs . Cokie is also the wife of a very bright news correpondent, Steve Roberts who was with her....

And a national newsmagazine with plummeting circulation and very few pages (TIME) calls Sara Palin and Tea Partiers "seditious".

The word "sedition" in the OED, is defined as more "separate" or "severed-from", and if 80% of Americans are disaffected from
"the Gubmint", then they just do not share in the Beltway Conventional Wisdom.

Since there has been a book published, "The Third Terrorist", by an NBC investigative reporter that documents the presence of one Hussein abd Hussaini, one of Saddam's Republican Guards embedded in America, in the Ryder truck with Timothy McVeigh, I cannot understand Clinton's eagerness to bring THAT up.

White House Wants Accounting Fraud ?

Maybe I just do not understand the introduction of George Orwell's "Newspeak" to the politico-economic discourse in Obama's America.

Recently, this corner of the web pointed out that Rep. Henry Waxman was threatening and extorting several large U.S. companies because they were complying with Security and Exchange Commission rules by "warning"of accounting "writedowns": they were initiating in expectation of "hits" from Obamacare.

These anticipated liabilities for AT&T, Cattepillar, Deere, and others were in the $1.5 billion range. Since then others have announced similar action, among them, Verizon, with nearly a nother $1 billion projected debit.

Now, Secretary of Commerce Gary Locke has attacked the corporations.

It is hilarious that the new unemploymet figures will NOT be released on Aril 1 (April Fools Day) but on Friday, April 2.

This may have something to do with the fact that they predicted a "pickup" of 50,000 new jobs in March.

Preliminary reports Wednesday, March 31, indicated a LOSS of at least 23,000.

I cannot help but believe some of these layoffs accompanied the large-scale employers' finding it necessary to write down losses to be incurred under Obamacare, in fulfilling benefits promises to employees...past and present.

Boeing ($150 million) joined AT&T ($1 billion), Deere Inc.,($150 million) Cattepillar, and several other large employers in declaring large cororate exense expectations (writedowns) causded by compliance with Obamacare mandates.

All of these businesses would not be faithful to investors (mutuals and middle class 401Ks) unless they considered winnowing the work force expenditure, where possible.

Therefore, all Americans should attend the employment figures every month and ask the honest reporters at the Wall Streeet Journal, Forbes and Bloomberg:

The companies faced with dire economic consequences that the CBO, (Congressional Budget Office) failed to address in its "analysis" are: AT&T, Catepillar, Deere, 3-M, Valero Energy, and AK Steel.

Verizon was reportedly preparinmg its "writedown" announcement and will join the other employers at the guillotine-cum-inquisition.

Waxman, who has probably never sweated at manual labor in his life, is just trying to threaten, throttle and blackmail wealth-producers who heretofore provided helth care and prescriptin drug aid for a million hard working, producing families.

You will not read about this unless you subscribe to the Journal, Bloomberg wire service or Forbes magazine. The AssPress will pass.

Until, that is, the socialist demagopgues begin trying to cast the business accountants as "racist" and "anti-immigrant" and "obstructionists".

The AssPress carried a story Saturday out of Teheran, Iran allegedly written by someone whose name translates into "Allah is Great" in English averring that the USA "official VERSION" of Sept. 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center is "a fabrication and a lie".

That, notwithstanding the fact that CNN showed the second plane hitting the second tower for millions (billions ?) of world TV watchers.

The authority for that statement, quoted by the AssPress, which emphasized the words "U.S. official version" was of course, Moomoo Imadinnerjacket, the lunatic Persian president.

Then on Sunday, another International News Media Giant, Al Jazeera, in reporting that Iraq citizens dismissed Baathist terrorist bombings that killed 38 to vote freely and innumerably are now "CONDEMNED to Democracy...."

(My capitals for emphasis added in both cases.)

Here we can isolate the situation that obtains on our little blue marble of a planet.

Two tyrannical news-gathering organizations are spewing toxic nonsense and spurning a responsible analytical report to kiss political arse.

And, no matter whether you live in Doha,Qatar or Denver / Kansas City, it's deplorable...and scary.

Hall Of Famer Agonistes

Any normal person with a bank account or a piggy bank would have shared my reaction.

Here was a contemporary of mine, a fellow I had admired since he was 23 and I was 30, and whom I still admire, being trashed by the left wing media as an obstructionist in the U.S. Senate.

All Jim Bumming was doing was what William F. Buckley Jr. used to exhort ALL of us to do: "Stand athwart History’s intended path and say "STOP".

Bunning, who starred in both major leagues as a right handed pitcher for the Tigers, Phillies and Dodgers, was blocking the body's consideration of a $50 billion spending bill.

Even though it was a dribble in the ocean of deficit debt this congress and administration is piling on our descendants, and even though it extended a portion of unemployment benefits, Bunning was more like Jimmy Stewart in Mister Smith Goes to Washington that he was like, say a Malaprop-clueless Barbara Boxer.

Yet many of his Republican senatorial colleagues and ALL the liberal mainstream media characterized him as a comic figure.

Shuddering at the approaching chimera of a half-Trillion dollar Obamacare frosting on the fallen cake of ne’er-do-well governance , it is difficult for this observer to criticize the strike-thrower from Kentucy.

Bunning is retiring. He will soon be 80. But even though he is the one senator to take the opportunity to say "WAKE UP ! ENOUGH IS TOO MUCH", and even though 30 Republicans approved the $50 billion "pittance" in deficit spending, I still find it bizarre that one editorial writer in southern California and this post are the only applause I have found for Senator Bunning.

The Hall of Famer fared better on the mound. I remember him winning 19 games three years in a row for the Phillies.

But he made some deficit deniers nervous. I wish him well; I wish, too, that he had managed a filibuster collapse (just mildly) like Jimmy Stewart.

Would that have shaken the doctrinaire left liberal media out of their profligate trance?

Maybe not...but as Carl Sandburg famously said: "The People, YES !!!"

And, thank Eternity, he is obsessed with trimming those numbers the Congressional Budget Office keeps throwing around and AT us. He can catch even the CBO in a mistake.

Yet, master politician that he was, Clinton snatched victory from the furnace of defeat, negotiating “welfare reform”, his premiere legacy and the only signal retreat from entitlement spending in history.

There were, THEN, responsible lawmakers who believed in the process--the give-and-take "sausage factory"---the journey, if you will !

But these doctrinaire Marxist socialist types of 2010 are a different breed. They take their marching orders from the profane Rahm-it-Thru Emanuel, the president’s chief of staff, and, as epitomized by Widdle Fwankie, when they are stymied or stalled, they squat on the pity pot and cry foul-havoc.

So, when you hear some U.S. legislator, pundit, talking head or professor yawping about “Washington” or “the System” being broken...

You can be sure that YOU will soon not be as “broke” as you have been, that the tax cutters and budget shrinkers are taking power from the irresponsible and ignorant.

This was supposed to support a huge "cap and trade" movement under which the United States would pay something like "reparations" to the rest of the world for using so much gasoline and deisel fuel.

Now, Dr. Jones admits that "there has been no increase in global warming temperatutes since 1995 !"

Dr. Jones also admits now (and he would NOT heretofore) that Earth's temperatures were muich hotter in medevial decades than since--with no fossil fuels use or possible man made warming of the planet.

Yes, I admit to a preoccupation with this subject---maybe an obsession.

But, we are surrounded by shuck-and-jive Flim Flam men with walnut shells and peas and playing cards for three-card-Monte and a plethora of sleight of hand and sleight of mouth tricks. So, cap-snd-trade is what ? Extortion on a galactic scale.

Stumbling around the internet, I ran across a strange story to the effect that the Internal Revenue Service is buying shotguns.

There is a site called BizOpp.gov that announces probable purchases and notices of intent to purchase.

They are starting with 60 Remington 12-gauge, short-barrelled pump models (like civlians are barred from owning).

Now, you know that 60 "sawed-off" shotguns will not "cover" all the USA. So it might be inferred that there is, in planning, an "Elite" squad of heavy hitters to send to brazenly recalcitrant tax cheats. (Treasury Secretary Geithner, maybe ?)

The income tax has been called "Progressive" and "Regressive" and has never been popular.

In the year 10 (AD or CE-if-you are PeeCee) the first emperor of the Han dynasty imposed the first income tax. He was dismembered and overthrown within twelve years and the tax "repealed".

Sadly, after being embarrassed by "the colony" of America, Great Britain, under Prime Minister William Pitt (the younger) sought to recoup its losses and brace for the Napoleonic Wars with an income tax of two pence per year on 400-pound incomes.

Giving credit to Dr. Charles Krauthammer, Liberal intellectual economist Paul Krugman and left-wing midget Robert Reich all in the same paragraph may be too much for you....but there you have it !

That Obama “freeze” on discretionary spending by the U.S. government is another smoke-and-mirrors, Oz-like shell game sham, they say.

Krauthammer told Bill O’Reilly on Fox News Channel it is “three-card-monte”—meaning misdirection of comprehension, in my lexicon.

Let’s say that Obama’s budget, presented to the House democrat leadership, where ALL sppropriationsm must start, calls for a 35% increase in the budget of the attorney general’s budget (to take care of the release of indicted Black Panthers and civil criminal trial in New York of enemy combatants with explosives in the crotch , (and / or a Gitmo lockup history.)

Well, a “freeze” would lock that increase into all future appropriations.

Not that Congress has recently scaled DOWN an appropriation. It has, however, limited cost-of-living increases in some cases to 3.5 % hikes.

So, as Krauthammer says, it’s “chicanery”. As Krugman says it’s “appalling!”. And as Reich says he just cannot believe it.

They may not be able to weigh the resentful anger in the alert, informed American voter’s heart. But these White House chiselers know how to transform a “freeze” into a potentially “hot potato”, however unintentionlly.

They have not figured out that the Tea Party is neither national political party.

The Tea Party of 2009 and 2910 is a knowledge-driven celebration of America and its longevity.

Bad Penny Has Two Sides

It HAD to be on a Monday. And it WAS. January 25, 2010 in fact--that two startling stories slammed into my ken.

One was a video of the President oif the United States making a speech to 11-and-12-year-olds, using a teleprompter. At first the report was denied by that famous oracle, Robert Gibbs, fresh fom undressing himself on Chris Wallace's Sunday interview.

But the swiftie web site IHatetheMedia.com had a video up, showing his Adored-Ness flicking eyes laft to right from the panels as he intoned to the sixth graders.

Gotcha!

Next up was Congressman Marion Berry (D) of Arkansas with the intelligence that he had repeatedly warned the president and White House aides they were courting disaster with the all-court press on Obamacare, deficit spending, and trying to cram Crap'n Tax GW climate legislation down the throat of a dubious electorate.

Berry, who is retiring becaue he sees a bloodbath for Democrats in November 2010, said no one i the White House listened. In fact he quoted President Obama as saying nothing like what happened in 1994 to the Clintons is going to happen....

Why?

"Because you all got ME, now !!!", Berry quoted Obama as saying.

Two sides to a bad penny, huh ?

One is Stealth-Inarticulate. Prome to "Uh", "Um" and "er"..(or err?)

And one starkly delusional.

Free At Last !!! The People's Seat....

As a young journalist and speech writer, I was in the midst of the earliest temporizing around the issue of segregation and voting rights in the south.

I sat with my friend Hughes Spalding Jr., on the platform when his Harvard roommate John F. Kennedy announced his presidential candidacy in historic Warm Springs, Georgia in 1960.

Thus, it was with pride that I sobbed audibly and welcomed the tears that ran down my cheeks when Dr. King spoke that day in front of the Lincoln Memorial.

Then, MLK was assassinated and a nightmare unfolded. The worst of it was the imprisonment of 14% of the population of the United States on a political plantation of hatred, fear, envy and dissimulated demagogy.

Dr. King cried “Free at Last !!!”

But, despite the fact that mainly Christians stood with Dr. King and conservatives like Charlton Heston walked across the Pettus bridge in Selma, Alabama in defiance with him, the lunatic Left in this country has skillfully equated reason and traditionalism with “racism” to the extent that truly great minds like Dr. Thomas Sowell and Dr. Walter Williams are called “Uncle Toms” by ignorant sheeple.

Such has been the case in many precincts. In Massachusetts, for instance, where the vapid, puppet-like, maundering wastrel younger brother of JFK took the US senate seat he vacated, and was returned for 40 years, for love of Jack Kennedy.

Few remember that a great African American Edward Brooke, was subsequently elected to the senate in 1966. He was a Republican and served for two terms.

On Tuesday, January 19, the second Historic “Tea Party” was held in the Bay State, and the “Scott Heard Around The World” became the first Republican senator there since Brooke.

Scott Brown won the election with four words, when he corrected the vacuous and notorious air head David Gergen, who referred to the prize as “Ted Kennedy’s seat”.

“It’s The People’s Seat”, Scott Brown said.

And that was , for all purposes, the end of the campaign.

The people put their seal on Scott Brown’s statement, and wile maybe 30 % of America’s electorate missed it, and its significance, the thrill quicken the hearts of millions, and not just in Massachusetts.

There is very little outside of vicious thuggery and fraud that the Marxists and Left ideologues can do between now and November, but grumble and mutter about Tea Parties.

The handy word “racist” is tattered and trash. Massachusetts is where the farmers took up arms and chased the redcoats from bloody Breed;’a Hill.

Massachusetts is where the Abolition Movement began.

Massachusetts is where the Civil Rights movement found its most charismatic white Christian leadership, its funding and white martyrs.

And, Massachusetts shouts for all the world to hear today:

“Free at Last, Oh Great God ! Free at last !”
